The information we collect and what we do with it:
During the provisioning of the Service we ask you for your company data such as company name, contact email and billing information. We use that information to provision and improve the Services, and to contact your company when necessary.
Every time you visit the Services web interface, servers log an entry that includes date and time, your IP address, browser type, browser language, referrer and an address of the page requested. When you connect using client software, the server log file adds that includes timestamp, your IP address, your Services username, client platform and client software version. We use this information for analytical purposes in aggregated form.
We do not record or keep track of your voice communication in using the Service unless this service has been purchased as part the service. If this is part of your service, the only place you can retrieve the recordings is using the provisioning website.
Services uses our own hosted servers to store your data. We store your username, encrypted password. If you have recording as part of your service, these recordings are stored encrypted on our hosting platform and only when you provide your key using the provisioning platform will you be able to download unencrypted recordings.
Services may disclose personally identifiable information when it’s required to comply with law enforcement requests. We cannot disclose encrypted recordings.
Apps using GPS and geolocation
The P-PLAN smart parking app does not collect, store or share geolocation information. The app uses Geofencing which requires the following app permissions: ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and
ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION. The Geofencing function is only implemented as a security feature and the app itself generates the fence during login and subsequent starts. The Geofencing is removed when the app is closed or you log out.
